     Bessie Rowena Bartlett was born on 18 March 1905 at Little Ridge, Albert Co, New Brunswick.1,2 She was the daughter of Abner Essembert Bartlett and Flora Alfretta Wilbur. Bessie Rowena Bartlett married Leonard Tingley Hoar on 19 June 1926 at Hopewell Parish, Albert Co, New Brunswick.1,3 Bessie Rowena Bartlett died on 10 September 1995 at Portland, Cumberland Co, Maine, at age 90.4 She was buried at Hopewell Hill Cemetery, Hopewell Hill, Albert Co, New Brunswick.5
