Brigham Scott was born in January 1865 at Burke, Franklin Co, New York.1 He was the son of Robert Scott and Lany Miranda Young. Brigham Scott married Nellie M. Hough before 1895.2 Brigham Scott died on 11 April 1902 at Fitchburg, Worcester Co, Massachusetts, at age 37; The Chateaugay Record of April 1902: " In Fitchburg, MA, Brigham R.Scott, (son of Robert) aged about 38 yrs was born in Burke, Franklin Co, and lived with his parents until his 21st birthday when he went to Terryville, CT where he married Miss Nellie M. Hough of Terryville. In 1887 he moved to Manchester...then to Fitchburg in 1889 where he worked..."
