     Phoebe Amelia Brown married James Ross. Phoebe Amelia Brown was born circa 1820 at St Martins, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.1 She was the daughter of John Brown Jr and Lucy Howard. Phoebe Amelia Brown died on 13 February 1889 at St Martins, Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick. She was buried at Delong Cemetery.1
