     Eber Edward Tallman was born on 16 January 1925 at Lyon Mountain, Clinton Co, New York.1 He was the son of Alexander Tallman and Mary Elizabeth Tatro. Eber Edward Tallman married Yvonne Bruso on 4 July 1942.1 Eber Edward Tallman died on 27 November 2000 at CVPH Medical Center, Plattsburgh, Clinton Co, New York, at age 75.1 He was buried at East Side Cemetery, Chateaugay, Franklin Co, New York.2
     The obituary for appeared on 2 December 2000 in the newspaper; "Press-Republican."1
