     Charles Stephen Tibbert was born on 27 June 1856 at Queens Co, Nova Scotia.1 He married Catherine Cicelia Sinnott, daughter of James Sinnott and Catherine Doyle, on 11 July 1886 at Needham, Norfolk Co, Massachusetts.2 Charles Stephen Tibbert died on 11 March 1945 at Natick, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts, at age 88.3 He was buried on 14 March 1945 at St Patrick's Cemetery, Natick, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts.3
     He immigrated on 9 May 1882 to Boston, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts; Charles applied for naturalization 31 Oct 1887 at the Boston Court. He was then residing in Natick at 8 East Street.1 He was naturalized on 20 July 1897 at Boston, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts.4
