George Hall

     George Hall was born on 22 June 1833 at Canada.1 He married Lydia Salls, daughter of Isaac Salls and Rachel Spear, on 27 November 1856 at Enosburg, Franklin Co, Vermont.2 A contract for the marriage of George Hall and Charlotte Louisa Salls was signed on 17 September 1901.3 George Hall died on 23 February 1911 at Beebe, Stanstead Co, Quebec, at age 77.1
     He appeared on the census of 27 June 1860 at Enosburg, Franklin Co, Vermont; George Hall, 27, wife Lydia, 25 and Frederick, 3.4 He appeared on the census of 1870 at Derby, Orleans Co, Vermont; George Hall, 42, Lydia, 36, both b. Canada, Frederick, 12, Mirtilla, 8, and Elizabeth, 5, all b. VT.5
