Isaac Frederick Hall was born on 20 October 1857. He was the son of George Hall and Lydia Salls. Isaac Frederick Hall married Mary Ella Moir, daughter of John Nicole Moir and Emily Almeda Tryon, on 1 June 1888 at Beebe Plain, Stanstead Co, Quebec; Stanstead Methodist Church. Isaac Frederick Hall died on 28 January 1910 at age 52.1
