     Whitney Edwin Calhoun was born on 5 November 1845 at Lower Cape, Albert Co, New Brunswick. He married Caroline A. McNicholl, daughter of Daniel McNicholl and Caroline B Lombard, on 12 September 1867 at Hopewell, Albert Co, New Brunswick. Whitney Edwin Calhoun was buried at Vernon Cemetery, Vernon, British Columbia.1 He died on 10 March 1929 at Vernon, British Columbia, at age 83.2
