     Kate Biden was born in 1830. She married Ptolemy Lombard Jr, son of Ptolemy Lombard and Patience Hammond, on 7 October 1848 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick; Ptolemy Jr. was of Saint John and Kate was of Stanley [York Co]. They were married by Rev. Henry Daniel Saturday evening.1 Kate Biden died on 6 December 1875 at Anagance Ridge, Kings Co, New Brunswick.2 She was buried at Pine Grove Cemetery, Corn Hill, Kings Co, New Brunswick.3
