     Abbie Bullis was born on 25 January 1870 at Vermont.1 She was the daughter of Allen William Bullis and Matilda Prudence Scott. Abbie Bullis married Peter A. Rash on 28 June 1890 at Irasburg, Orleans Co, Vermont.2 Abbie Bullis married Harvey Wendell Sillsby on 13 November 1909 at Derby, Orleans Co, Vermont; Abbie Rush was a resident of Mansonville, Quebec.3 Abbie Bullis died on 6 May 1956 at Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co, California, at age 86.1
