Deborah Covey was born circa 1789 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont. She was the daughter of Samuel Covey and (Mary?) Yearns/Hearns. Deborah Covey married Jeremiah Gibbs circa 1803. Deborah Covey died after 1851; In 1851, Deborah was living with her daughter Melvina and her husband, William Wheeler in Russeltown, Quebec.
