Okeechobee – Annabelle Scott Dreher died February 17, 2017. She was born August 3, 1930 in Vermont to Silas and Mildred (Bean) Scott. A resident of Okeechobee since 1983, she retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 32 years of employment and worked at Wal-Mart for 14 years.
Ms. Dreher is survived by her children, Robin Dreher Rowe (Carl) of Lilburn, GA, Robert Mack Dreher (Joann) of Keystone Heights, FL, Caryl Dreher Oden of Snellville, GA, and Pete Scott Dreher of Okeechobee; grandchildren, David, Matthew, Michelle, Heather, Dawn, Christopher, Julie, Brooke, Ashalee, and Emily; sisters, Margaret Scott Barnes of Florida and Berdina Scott Collins of Vermont; nine great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, David C. Dreher.
Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Buxton & Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home.2
