     Charlotte Amelia Howard was born on 25 December 1859 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick. She was the daughter of James Kerr Howard and Harriet Ratcliffe. Charlotte Amelia Howard married Hubert Freeman Page on 26 October 1887 at Amherst, Cumberland Co, Nova Scotia; The newspaper transcription of the marriage announcement says his name was Robert F. Page.1 Charlotte Amelia Howard died on 20 December 1914 at Matsqui, British Columbia, at age 54. She was buried at Hazelwood Cemetery, Abbotsford, British Columbia.2
