James Fransburg Covey married Permelia Covey, daughter of James Yearns Covey and Isabella Radcliffe, on 21 September 1864 at Leeds, Leeds Co, Ontario. James Fransburg Covey died on 20 May 1893 at Leeds, Leeds Co, Ontario; DIED: In Leeds, on the 20th inst., James F. Covey, aged 53 years.1 He was buried in May 1893 at Gananoque Cemetery, Gananoque, Leeds Co, Ontario; #379 James F. Covey d. 20 May 1893 ae 53 yrs and 25 dys.

All but Mary were born in Ontario, she was born Quebec. All were Church of England.2
