     Mary Hathaway was born in 1665 at Dartmouth, Bristol Co, Massachusetts.1 She was the daughter of Arthur Hathaway and Sarah Cooke. Mary Hathaway married Samuel Hammond, son of Benjamin Hammond and Mary Vincent, circa 1680.2
