Lany Rowe was born on 14 April 1796. She was the daughter of George Rowe and Elizabeth Beerwort. Lany Rowe married William Henry Young, son of Jacob Young and Arlotta Covey, on 6 March 1838 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; They were married by Rev. Townsend, Minister of the Church of England.^1,2 Lany Rowe died on 21 April 1852 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec, at age 56.^2,3 She was buried on 23 April 1852 at 3rd Concession Cemetery, Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.
