Jennett Curry

     Jennett Curry was born on 13 September 1807 at Canada.¹ She married John M. Covey, son of Samuel Covey and (Mary?) Yearns/Hearns, on 7 October 1828.² Jennett Curry died on 10 April 1886 at Cresco, Howard Co, Iowa, at age 78; Her obituary in the Howard County Times, 22 Apr 1886, gives her death date as 16 April. She died at the home of her son in Cresco. It also indicated that her husband died about 4 years previous.¹ She was buried at New Oregon Cemetery, Cresco, Howard Co, Iowa.¹
