     Clarissa Partlow was born on 16 November 1832 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of James Partlow and Elenore Van Dyke. Clarissa Partlow was baptized on 6 September 1842 at St George's Anglican Church, Caldwell's Manor, (now Missisquoi Co), Quebec.1 She married Benjamin Scott, son of John Scott and Mary Tallman, on 24 March 1856 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.2 Clarissa Partlow and Benjamin Scott were divorced before May 1863. Clarissa Partlow married William Young on 9 May 1863 at Alburg, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.
