Oliver W. Gibbs was born circa 1806 at Caldwell's Manor, (now Missisquoi Co), Quebec.1 He was the son of Jeremiah Gibbs and Deborah Covey. Oliver W. Gibbs married Catherine Brown circa 1835.1 Oliver W. Gibbs died after 1880.2
