     Orrin L. Tallman was born circa 1878 at Wisconsin.1 He was the son of Richard Tallman and Rosina Irish. Orrin L. Tallman has also be reported to have been born March 1882 Wisconsin.2 He married Ethel Gillette on 26 November 1903 at Dallas, Barron Co, Wisconsin.3,4
     Orrin L. Tallman appeared on the census of 1911 at Saskatchewan; Oren Tallman, 29, Ethel, 24, Hazel, 6, Edna, 5 and Harvey, 3.5
