     Jacob S. Wait was born on 1 August 1819 at Isle La Motte, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.1 He was the son of Ezra Wait and Hannah Kimmel. Jacob S. Wait was baptized on 11 June 1820 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He married Elizabeth Trepania on 3 January 1843 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.2 Jacob S. Wait married Rachel Maskil after 1865. Jacob S. Wait died on 14 November 1904 at age 85.
