     Maurice Eldridge was born on 30 August 1873 at Lunenburg Co, Nova Scotia.1,2 He married Nina Allen Loomer, daughter of Charles Edward Loomer and Hannah Wood, on 4 April 1900 at Framingham, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts; He was of Framingham and she was of So. Framingham. Maurice was a farmer and Nina worked in a straw shop.3 Maurice Eldridge died on 27 February 1937 at Aylesford, Kings Co, Nova Scotia, at age 63.1,2 He was buried on 1 March 1937 at E. Aylesford Cemetery, E. Aylesford, Kings Co, Nova Scotia; Lot #52.1,2
     He appeared on the census of 19 June 1900 at 1 Grove Street, Framingham, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts; Maurice Eldridge, 28 and wife Nina, also 28. Maurice had come to the US in 1896 and Nina in 1897, presumably after her mother died.4
