     Frances Ann Howard was born on 24 October 1802 at St Martins, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.1 She was the daughter of John Howard and Patience Howard. Frances Ann Howard was baptized on 21 July 1824 at Hampton, Kings Co, New Brunswick; Frances Anne was the adult daughter of John and Patience Howard.2 She died on 16 September 1898 at Florenceville, Carleton Co, New Brunswick, at age 95.
