Edward Howard Thompson was born in 1822. He was the son of George Thompson and Frances Susannah Howard. Edward Howard Thompson married Hannah Brundage Wright, daughter of John Wright, on 27 August 1850 at Lakefield, Kings Co, New Brunswick; Edward was of Saint John, and Hannah was the 4th daughter of John Wright of Lakefield, Hampton parish [Kings Co]. The marriage took place at the home of her father.1 Edward Howard Thompson died on 5 January 1855 at Fredericton, York Co, New Brunswick.2 He died before 1872.
