     Elizabeth Simon was born on 14 February 1851 at New Brunswick.1 She was the daughter of John Simon. Elizabeth Simon married Joseph Benjamin, son of William Henry Benjamin and Mary Elizabeth Wood, in 1875 at Saint John Co, New Brunswick; Witnesses were Elizabeth Simon and William Henry Cochran.2 Elizabeth Simon died on 3 October 1929 at Barnsville, Kings Co, New Brunswick, at age 78; The doctor had seen her for months due to cerebral thrombosis. st her present residence for two years, so she must have moved there shortly after her husband's deathhe certificate indicated she had been i.3 She was buried after 3 October 1929 at Bain's Corner, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.3
     She appeared on the census of 1881 at Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.4
