     Mabel L. Hepburn was born in December 1879 at Eau Claire Co, Wisconsin.1 She was the daughter of Jared Hepburn and Catherine Patience Hoyt. Mabel L. Hepburn married Frank Marion Horstmann on 9 October 1907 at Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois.2 Mabel L. Hepburn died in March 1955 at Homewood, Cook Co, Illinois, at age 75.
