     Charles Alexander Howard was born on 22 May 1865 at Grafton, Carleton Co, New Brunswick.1 He was the son of George Howard and Caroline Hepburn.1 Charles Alexander Howard married Ellen Priscilla Hickey before 1898 at Carleton Co, New Brunswick. Charles Alexander Howard died in 1945 at Fredericton, York Co, New Brunswick.
