     Simon Toner was born on 12 January 1863 at Mispec, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.2 He married Alice Caroline Thomas, daughter of Thomas Thomas and Mary Eliza Griffith, on 19 June 1885 at Saint John Co, New Brunswick.3,4 Simon Toner died on 15 January 1954 at Chance Harbour, Saint John Co, New Brunswick, at age 91.2 He was buried at Fernhill Cemetery, Saint John, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.5
