David A. Waugh was born circa 1808 at Ireland. He married Sarah Ervin circa 1843 at Ireland. David A. Waugh died on 11 June 1891 at Tierkelly, County Down, Ireland; David Waugh was 83 years old and a widower.1
Valuation Revision books show David Waugh moved to Moneygore about 1869. This writer is not sure because the color coding for this set was difficult to read. He was listed as taking the place of John Kilwell at a house leased by William Shilliday. Others listed on the same page include William Shilliday, and Margaret Irvin. It appears that he lived there in that house until about 1890 or so, when his name was crossed out and replaced with Alexander Beck.
Margaret Irvin's name shows as Irwin during the 1880's.2
