     Gilbert Clyde Tallman was born on 13 June 1911 at Vermont.1 He was the son of Orren Jerome Tallman and Nellie Mary Perry.1 Gilbert Clyde Tallman married Maxine Mary Long on 30 December 1942 at Waterbury, Washington Co, Vermont; Gilbert was in the US Army at that time.1,2 Gilbert Clyde Tallman died on 5 February 1970 at Duxbury, Washington Co, Vermont, at age 58.1 He was buried on 7 February 1970 at Hope Cemetery Vault, Waterbury, Washington Co, Vermont.1
