     Sarah Ann Dean was born on 8 August 1885 at Yorkshire, England.1 She was the daughter of Joseph Henry Dean and Sophia Gill.1 Sarah Ann Dean married William Herbert Lowe on 1 June 1918 at Portland, Cumberland Co, Maine; His parents were listed as Julius E. and Martha Lowe; Hers were listed as Joseph and Sophia Dean. Sarah's residence was given as Boston, MA.2 Sarah Ann Dean died on 21 February 1967 at Maine at age 81.3 She was buried at Forest City Cemetery, South Portland, Cumberland Co, Maine.3
