Jared Charles Hepburn was buried on 17 March 1926 at Mount Hope Cemetery, Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois; Although the date of burial is listed on the death certificate as the 17th of Mar, I doubt that was the actual date since he died on the 17th in Phoenix and was to be buried in Chicago, Illinois.² He died on 17 March 1926 at Phoenix, Maricopa Co, Arizona, at age 62.²
