     Jacob Hammond was born on 15 June 1755 at N. Yarmouth, Cumberland Co, Maine.1 He was the son of John Hammond and Patience Webber. Jacob Hammond married Margaret Chipman on 5 July 1777.1 Jacob Hammond died before 4 June 1779 at prob Maine.
