     Rhoda Patience Hammond was born on 12 October 1759 at N. Yarmouth, Cumberland Co, Maine.1 She was the daughter of John Hammond and Patience Webber. Rhoda Patience Hammond married Tobias Goold on 31 October 1779 at Kittery, York Co, Maine.1,2 Rhoda Patience Hammond married James Wagg on 28 May 1825 at Penobscot, Hancock Co, Maine; James, 71, was b. Cape Elizabeth and Rhoda, 65, in North Yarmouth. It was a second marriage for both.3,1 Rhoda Patience Hammond died on 8 March 1852 at Danville, Androscoggin Co, Maine, at age 92; I have no substantiating evidence for this date and place.
